“Juemon” Junmai Genshu Namachozo (once pasteurized after bottling) has mild taste, herbal flavor, bright, chewy acidity, and a quick finish.
Perfect for pairing with any meat, shellfish, or rich and creamy food.
This sake was presented at the satellite event of Expo Milano 2015, “Milano Sake Week”.
